Hey happy Monday all!
We’re feeling like busy bee’s as April’s last couple days approach us! It’s no secret that when our schedules get busy, our hair care tends to slack — we can’t always be perfect! That typically means a few too many days gone without washing, extra doses of dry shampoo, and LOTS of reviving products. Acid Wash: the perfect deep wash for a powerful clarifying treatment. It is formulated to remove buildup and restore hair to a naturally clean and shiny state. Personally, between teaching yoga classes and morning runs, I use a lot of dry shampoo. So when I need that deep clean, I REALLY need it. However, I have fine hair and most clarifying shampoos I’ve tried in the past leave my hair feeling overly dry and tangled. Then, I tried Acid Wash and my world was forever changed. Formulated with apple cider vinegar, this gentle cleanser purifies the hair and scalp for healthy locks and a calm, happy scalp.
Not only is it made with ACV to help balance the pH of the scalp but it’s also made with apple fruit extract. Apple fruit extract breaks down product build-up, exfoliates away flakes, and nourishes the scalp with soothing moisture. The Tamanu seed oil in Acid Wash is packed with essential fatty acids to cultivate a healthy scalp environment while restoring vitality to lifeless, dull strands. The aloe vera leaf juice in the product is another one of my favorite ingredients. It really helps replace moisture to strengthen and nourish the cuticle without loosing that clean feeling.
Acid Wash has an easy precision tip application so you can directly apply to wet hair directly onto the scalp. After thoroughly massaging throughout your hair, leave in for 1-3 minutes, then rinse. I love to use this product once a week, but it’s also great for all you everyday washers out there to alternate with your normal shampoo so you’re not over-using shampoo!
With Acid Wash, I feel like my scalp is finally balanced and not crazy oily.
